A downloadable game for Windows and macOS

Developed for the Leap Motion Game Jam 2015.

Using the Leap Motion you can help to climb your character toward the top of the mountain. The character will reach for climbing grips, you can control the timing of attaching to the grips and direct his arms to the next target.

The game is best played by oscillating your hands between your left and right side, in and out side of the leap motion sensor area. The trick is to make sure your climbing with the correct hand or you'll have a rather dramatic fall to your death!

Goal: Climb to the top of the mountain

1. The blue handles are within your reach

2. Orientate your hand to pick your handle

3. Red highlights the handle you're aiming for

4. Yellow handles are ready to be gripped / Grip the handle once it turns yellow

5. When attached, the handle turns green

6. A handle can be hung onto for a limited time

We included keyboard controls, for players without the Leap Motion Sensor these include:

Left Shift: Attaches/Release Left Hand

Right Shift: Attaches/Release Right Hand

Up Arrow: Directs To The Top Grip Target (When Available)

Left/Right Arrow: Directs To The Across Grip Target (When Available)

Hello, my name is William Lawler I work with a company that's developing haptic feedback technology that uses the leap motion for tracking. After getting a chance to play your game I wanted to ask you if you'd be interested in working with my company and I to create a version of this game where you can actually feel the different parts of the mountain and get a gripping sensation every time you come in contact with things. If this sounds interesting to you please message me.

This is an interesting game to say the least, probably the first rock climbing game I've ever played.

Graphics are good, the industrial hum in the background can be annoying at times, and the keyboard controls are a little awkward until you get used to them.

Overall, pretty solid game jam game!
